Community Specialists is committed to providing the highest level of service to the Associations we manage. You may make your monthly assessment payment using the following methods:
Bank Lockbox Service:
Mail your check, payable to your association, and payment coupon to :

NOTE: If you use an online bill payment service, it is essential you include the account number referenced on your coupon or statement in the memo section of your bank online payment to receive credit for the payment in a timely fashion. Delays in posting will occur if this information is not contained on your bill payment check. The payment address for online banking is the same as the above bank lockbox remittance address.
Auto Debit (Recurring Automatic Debit):
You may enroll in the free Auto Debit Program offered by Community Specialists. Simply either complete online with the Auto Debit DocuSign Form or complete the Authorization for Automatic Deduction Enrollment Form, attach a voided check and mail to the address below:

There are no fees for using either of the above payment methods.
Web Payments:
You may also choose to make a payment on our payment provider's website using your checking account, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). To make a web payment, Click Here or on the Web Payment Link on the Menu Bar above. A fee is assessed by and paid to the payment provider when making a web payment. Neither your association nor Community Specialists charges or are paid fees for web payments.
